世界道教联合会会费管理办法
 
第一条 为保障本会可持续发展,依据《世界道教联合会章程》制定本办法。
第二条 会费遵循“量力分担、公平合理”原则,实行分级分类管理制度。
第三条 中国会员类别与会费基准(单位:人民币/年)

第四条 中国以外单位会员每年须缴纳会费2000元人民币;非中国籍个人会员每年须缴纳会费1000元人民币。在标准会费之外,会员可依据自身情况自愿捐赠。
第五条 连续3年未履行缴费义务且未提出书面解释的会员单位,取消其会员资格。
第六条 会费用途:
会费主要用于国际交流活动、道教及道文化学术研究、国内外道教人才培养与交流、秘书处行政运营及其他符合本会宗旨的必要项目支出。
第七条 财务透明机制
(一)定期向理事会报告年度财务收支情况;
(二)聘请有资质的机构进行第三方审计。
第八条 本办法由世界道教联合会负责解释。
第九条 本办法自公布之日起施行。
 
World Federation of Daoism Regulations for Membership Fees
 
Article 1
To ensure the sustainable development of the Federation, these regulations are formulated in accordance with the "Charter of the World Federation of Daoism."
Article 2
Membership fees are determined in accordance with the principles of “contributing according to one’s means and ensuring fairness and reasonableness,” and are managed through a tiered and categorized system.

Article 4
Institutional members outside of China must pay an annual membership fee of 2,000 RMB; individual members of non-Chinese nationality must pay an annual membership fee of 1,000 RMB. In addition to the standard membership fee, members may make voluntary donations at their own discretion.
Article 5
Member organizations that fail to fulfill their payment obligations for three consecutive years without providing a written explanation shall have their membership revoked.
Article 6
Use of Membership Fees:
Membership fees are primarily used for international exchange activities, academic research on Daoism and Daoist culture, the cultivation and exchange of Daoist talent both domestically and abroad, administrative operations of the Secretariat, and other necessary project expenditures consistent with the Federation"s purposes.
Article 7
Financial Transparency Procedures:
1. Report annual financial income and expenditures to the Council of the Federation on a regular basis;
2. Engage a qualified third-party organization to conduct audits.
Article 8
The World Federation of Daoism is responsible for the interpretation of these regulations.
Article 9
These regulations shall take effect from the date of promulgation.
